I bought this device for reading Kindle and Library books. I already own an iPad (10th generation) but it's an inconvenient size/weight for book reading. This DOOGEE tablet is nearly as fast as my iPad and the screen quality isn't far behind. I am astonished.Transferring settings from my Android phone to the tablet was a simple and painless process, though slow.People used to Apple's IOS will need some time getting used to Android. Ordinary apps operate similarly but settings work entirely differently. Finding the setting you want can take a while if you are used to Apple.Apple has some cool features like FaceTime that aren't available on Android. The reverse is also true. For example, Android's Live Transcribe is superior to anything Apple offers.One big limitation is that there's no fingerprint reader. Android offers other ways to get past security prompts, but I still often enter my PIN. The face identifier only works part of the time.Reflection on the screen can reduce readability in some situations. Apple's screen is somewhat better in that respect.I haven't checked the camera or sound.I bought DOOGEE's cover separately. It's excellent though it does make it harder for my finger to reach the screen edges.
