Plus if you ask for a refund they give you a return label to print yourself that you have to pay postage, to China! It's not a breeze to set up. The app is rubbish and has ads in it. It won't connect to the WiFi unless it's 2.4GHz and when connected to the phone it says it's offline. So I can't do anything with it. Message come up to be followed and I thtn chase my tail. I've bought other CCTV cameras that have actually been easy to set up. This is a rubbish camera and app. And the instructions are also rubbish. I don't recommend you buy this product. Update: I am so disappointed with amazon I'm considering not purchasing anything further from them. I've googled these camtrix cameras and came across reviews on trustpilot. OMG! It's a scam. avoid these cameras! I managed to get one working. It is nothing like the description. Total waste of money and wasted time you can't get back. Pay more for a decent camera. Also be aware they don't comply with the return policy and Amazon don't appear to care. They provided me a return label to an address in china. Me to pay return postage. When I messaged them about all this they told me it would be too expensive for them to pay for their return to them in china so offered me 30% then 50% refund. I keep the cameras. I accepted then perseverved trying to get it to work. I did but found the 1* reviews on trustpilot to be spot on. In normal light can't see much at all and in the dark nothing. There's no control over the lense the list of things wrong is endless. I'm going to speak to Amazon customer service and tell them they're allowing crooks to sell rubbish and thus ripping their customers off who've been loyal and trusting of Amazon. It's not on. I never thought I'd say this but my experience of buying online on Amazon is now actually worse than on eBay. It's most definitely now a case of buyer beware because Amazon's A-Z guarantee appears to be disingenuous and it's third party marketplace the new wild west.
